  • Identify microaggressions and recognize how they relate to therapist identity

  • Identify microaggressions that occur in therapy settings. 

  • Assess the impact of  microaggressions on therapeutic outcomes.

  • Recognize microaggressions on the client and organizational levels. 

  • Develop plans for addressing recognized microaggressions on the client and organizational levels.
